Tim Brewer founded the tree service that bears his name in the late 1990s and has been working as a certified arborist for more than 20 years. Tim earned his master’s degree in agriculture from Oregon State University and began his career as a licensed contractor, then enrolled in an arboriculture course at Linn-Benton Community College that hooked him on the field of trimming and caring for trees. He continues to learn the latest about tree care through continuing education and his membership in the International Society of Arboriculture. His company is called on by the City of Corvallis and Oregon State University for specialized tree care and removal.
In addition to himself, Tim has a second certified arborist, Derick Swain, on staff who cares equally about doing a quality job in trimming and removing even the most challenging trees. One unique job they’ve tackled recently is removal of a palm tree — certainly not a species native to Corvallis!
You may have seen the spider lift with our name on it around town — the lift is the only one in use in this area. It’s engineered specifically for the type of tree removal that we do, and can be taken to places where heavy equipment would get bogged down or wouldn’t fit. It’s especially efficient in back yards. In fact, we sometimes get referrals from our competitors when only the spider lift can access a location.
We’re often asked how much time it will be before we can start a job. This depends a lot on the weather and time of year, but we generally can schedule your work within 2 to 4 weeks. We do our best to accommodate emergencies. Contact us to get a free estimate.
